Compliance with the Highway Code

As a tenant / business car driver  you obliged to obey the traffic laws. We have to inform you that we incur the cost of any breach. If we are asked by the competent authorities, our company is obliged to disclose the identity of the tenant. 

Vehicles & Driving Licenses

Our vehicles are organized into categories, as shown in the rental form. Only the person indicated in the rental contract may drive the vehicle. 

The minimum age for driving the company's commercial vehicle is 23 years old with driver's license which is issued at least 12 months before. For these cars, the minimum age is 25 years with a driving license which has issued at least 3 years ago. There may be different regulations for approved corporate drivers. Please contact us for more information.

The driver's license must be issued in Cyprus or European (for EU countries) or International for countries that are not EU members The driver's license must comply with Cypriot regulations. International driving license will be accepted only with the original national driving license.

Pickup / Dropoff

All pickups / dropoffs of cars not included in the lease contract subject to a surcharge. During opening hours the rental places, we can deliver and / or pick up the vehicle to / from any address in the area. 

Hours of operation stations / vehicle return

During the opening hours of rental stations, vehicles must be returned to our staff or to people authorized by our company for this purpose. If you wish to return the vehicle outside office hours, please let us know to tell you whether this is feasible. All deliveries / rental car returns to locations outside opening hours charged with 20 Euro. 

Payment methods

These terms may be revised and updated at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, please check regularly intervals these terms, and the continued use of this web portal It implies that you accept those changes. The access, browsing, use or Registration on the website is a presumption that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions and be bound by them. 

Our company, under any circumstances, including negligence, be liable for any damage suffered by the tenant of vehicle, service the load content in Vehicles made by the tenant on his own initiative and with the knowledge of these terms.

One Way Rentals

One-way rental is only possible upon agreement with additional charges. Please ask for any additional charges.
